Wholesale Roof Tiles Procurement Checklist

Use this checklist before placing a wholesale roofing order from China so nothing is missed between quotation and delivery.

Specify the product correctly

Confirm base material and coating (Galvalume AZ150 for stone-coated metal, ASA-PVC for resin), tile profile, thickness, colour code and warranty in writing. Request samples and matching test reports.

Quantify the full order

Calculate roof area plus 8-12% waste, then add ridge, valley, end-caps, screws/nails and sealant. One 20ft container is ~1,000 m² with accessories — confirm the accessory ratio so the roof is complete on arrival.

Lock terms and logistics

Agree Incoterm (FOB/CIF/CFR), payment (e.g. 30% deposit, balance vs B/L), lead time (15-25 days), destination port and certification needs. Send the checklist back to us for a formal quotation.
