Stone-Coated Tile Production Line

彩石金属瓦生产线 · Full turnkey forming + stone-coating + curing line — /products/equipment.html

A complete, PLC-controlled line that turns coils of aluminum-zinc steel into finished stone-coated metal roof tiles — forming, cutting, glue spraying, stone coating and infrared curing in one automated flow. As a tile manufacturer ourselves, we supply the same equipment we run, plus installation, commissioning and training so you can start your own tile plant.

About This Line

Buy the line from the people who run it

We don't just resell machines — we make stone-coated tiles on this exact type of line every day. That means the equipment we supply is proven in real production, and we can train your team on the process, not just the buttons.

Coil in, finished tile out

The line takes an aluminum-zinc steel coil and returns a packed, stone-coated tile — forming, cutting, base-glue spray, sand coating, curing and top-coat run as one continuous automated flow, so you control quality end to end.

Proven, industrial build

Forming rolls in 45# steel, hydraulic cutting to ±1 mm, a carbon-steel welded frame and rock-wool insulated curing ovens. The parts that wear are the parts we built to last.

Fully automatic, easy to run

A PLC with inverter (variable-speed) control and DELTA touch-screen HMI runs the line; servo-controlled spraying keeps glue and sand even. Fewer skilled operators, more consistent tiles.

Turnkey — not just a crate

We ship, install and commission the line, and train your operators on the whole tile-making process. Standard consumables (sintered color sand, water-based acrylic binder) are specified so you can source them locally or through us.

Forming & Pressing

Where the flat coil becomes a tile

At the head of the line the aluminum-zinc strip is roll-formed and hydraulically pressed into the tile profile. Gear-driven 45# steel rolls and Ø85 mm shafts hold the shape run after run, while the hydraulic cutter drops each tile to length within ±1 mm.

  • 45# steel forming rolls, gear-driven
  • G12 hardened blade, HRC 60–62
  • PLC + inverter speed control
Line Layout

Ten stations, coil to pallet

The mainstream configuration runs ten in-line stations. Exact station count and options are tailored to your target profiles and throughput.

01

Decoiler

Pays off the Al-Zn steel coil; 5 T load capacity.

02

Roll Forming / Press

Roll-forms or presses the tile profile from the flat strip.

03

Hydraulic Cut

Cuts to length; G12 hardened blade, ±1 mm tolerance.

04

Base-Glue Spray

Airless spray of water-based acrylic bonding layer.

05

Stone Coating

Applies sintered color sand; hopper fed by elevator.

06

Sand Blow / Recycle

Air-knife evens the sand and recovers the surplus.

07

Primary Curing

Infrared oven, 0–160 °C, rock-wool insulated.

08

Top-Glue Spray

Sprays the protective acrylic over-glaze layer.

09

Secondary Curing

Second infrared oven; inline auto coding.

10

Stacking

Collects and stacks finished tiles for packing.

Why Our Line

A tile maker's production line

What you get from buying capital equipment from an actual manufacturer, not just a machine trader.

Run in our own plant

The line type is proven in our daily tile production — not a spec-sheet promise.

Process training

We train your team on the tile-making know-how — glue, sand, curing — not only machine operation.

Install & commission

Delivery, on-site installation and commissioning to first good tile.

Consumables sorted

Sintered sand, acrylic binder and over-glaze specified — source locally or through us.

Configured to you

Profiles, throughput and automation level tailored to your market and budget.

Spare parts & support

Wear parts and remote support after commissioning.

Infrared curing ovens and finished-tile end of the line
Coating & Curing

Stone-coated, cured and stacked

After base-glue and sintered color sand are applied, the tiles pass through infrared curing ovens (0–160 °C) insulated with 100 mm rock-wool panel, then a protective over-glaze and second cure. Finished tiles are collected and stacked ready to pack — all in one continuous, PLC-controlled flow.

  • Twin infrared curing ovens
  • Rock-wool insulated, low heat loss
  • Inline coding & auto stacking
