合成树脂瓦 · ASA co-extruded / PVC-core roofing — /products/resin.html
A lightweight, corrosion-proof roofing tile built for hot, humid and coastal climates. A UV-stable ASA face layer is co-extruded onto a rigid modified-PVC core — no rust, quiet in rain, and color that holds far longer than painted metal sheet.
Synthetic resin tile is our value-and-volume line — the practical choice for tropical, coastal and high-humidity markets where a metal roof would corrode or a clay roof would be too heavy and too costly.
The body is a high-polymer composite, not metal — so there is nothing to corrode. In salt-spray testing it shows zero corrosion after 1000 hours, which is why it is specified for coastal villages, warehouses and seaside resorts.
The thick PVC core damps rain noise (average above 30 dB reduction) and insulates far better than a bare metal sheet — a real comfort advantage in hot-climate housing.
The outer ASA layer (0.15–0.18 mm) exists only to block UV and hold color. Because color protection is its own layer rather than surface paint, the tile keeps its color for years instead of chalking.
At roughly 4.0–6.8 kg/m² the roof is light on the structure, and long run lengths mean fewer laps. Ships in flat bundles, cuts with standard tools. Recommended purlin spacing ≤660 mm ideal / ≤800 mm maximum.

We extrude the same UV-stable ASA/PVC tile in the full profile family — Spanish/Royal, Roman, Classic S-wave, corrugated and flat Chinese-style. Pick the shape that matches your market's roofscape without changing the material spec underneath.
Effective cover widths of 800–1000 mm and long run lengths mean fewer laps, faster laying and a cleaner finished roof.
Our mainstream tile is a single-pass, three-layer co-extrusion — the UV face, the structural core and the base are fused in one step so they cannot delaminate. Two- and four-layer builds are available on request.
ASA resin with UV inhibitors, 0.15–0.18 mm. Blocks UV and heat, sets the whole-tile lifespan. PMMA available as an alternative face.ASA / PMMA cap layer

Surface, color and edge finish shot on our own tile — the things that decide whether a roof still looks new in ten years.

Figures reflect our factory parameter set. For export we state lifespan and temperature honestly and issue third-party reports per order and destination market.

Life, temperature, fire and salt-spray figures are backed by test reports issued for each order and destination market. Ask for the report pack when you request a quote.
Color is compounded into the ASA face layer, so it resists UV rather than sitting on top as paint. Custom shades matched to your market on order.
Screen colors are indicative — request a physical sample before specifying. Color-hold is quoted at ≈10–12 years; UV reflectance stays around 96% after long-term exposure on standard shades.

At roughly 4.0–6.8 kg/m² the tile is light on both the structure and the container. Long run lengths mean fewer laps on the roof and quicker installation with standard tools.
Cut to order from 600 mm up to ≈11.9 m, packed flat for efficient loading. We match quantities and lengths to your project so nothing is wasted on site.
Built for value-driven, hot-climate and corrosion-prone projects across our export markets.

Zero-corrosion body for coastal homes and beach resorts.

Light, quiet, low-cost roofing for tropical housing at volume.

Corrugated profile over long spans for factories and sheds.
Both are in our range — we help you pick the right one for the market. Resin wins on corrosion, weight and noise; metal wins on fire and slope range.
