米兰型 · Deep-draw decorative profile — /products/milano.html
A deeper, more three-dimensional wave than the Classic — the deep-draw Milano reads as a bold, decorative roofline. It is formed from high-ductility Galvalume so the deep draw will not crack, and it is our showcase profile for villas, landscape and homestay-tourism projects across 50+ export markets.
The Milano is our most decorative volume profile — a deep, sculpted wave for projects that want the roof to make a statement without giving up the strength and light weight of coated steel.
A deep-draw wave with strong shadow lines that give the roof real depth and character. Because the draw is deep, it is pressed from high-ductility Galvalume so the forming will not crack — the mark of a properly engineered decorative profile.
At roughly 2.6–2.9 kg per tile and ≈ 2.2 tiles/m², the finished roof is a fraction of the weight of clay or concrete — so it can go straight over an existing roof without reinforcing the structure.
The surface is natural basalt stone granules, not paint. Dark basalt blocks UV at the rock itself, and a clear acrylic over-glaze seals every chip — so color holds for decades instead of chalking like a painted metal sheet.
The interlocking steel body is rated to the highest external-fire class and stands up to high-wind zones. Recommended roof pitch ≥15°; profiles ship flat-packed and container-optimized for export.
Every Milano tile is built up from a Galvalume core to a sealed stone surface — the same structure the world's premium stone-coated brands use.

The colors used across our project references. Color comes from mineral granules, not paint, so it resists UV and acid rain. Custom shades matched to RAL / Pantone from 300–500 m² MOQ.
Screen colors are indicative — request a physical sample kit before specifying. Quoted color durability: ΔE ≤ 3 over 10 years on standard shades, ΔE ≤ 2 achievable on custom.
